We operate an out of hours service for emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In an emergency please dial your usual surgery phone number and your call will be automatically diverted.
Covid-19 and our practice:
We continue to closely monitor the situation surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak and would like to reassure clients that our opening hours, 24-hour emergency service, medicine collection points and hospitalisation facilities are currently operating as normal, and we have implemented internal protocols to safeguard the wellbeing of our staff.
If you are concerned about the health of your horse(s) or have a pre-existing appointment booked, but are displaying symptoms attributable to the Coronavirus and / or are currently self-isolating, please do give our team a call on 01271 879516 / 01409 331009 and we will advise you on the best steps to take to ensure they receive the most appropriate care.
If you (or your family) are in one of the higher risk groups of people for Covid-19 exposure, then please discuss with us how we can help treat your horse(s) whilst minimising the risk to you or your family. This includes collecting medicines or other treatments.
