A vacancy has arisen unexpectedly within the equine team.
The Equine Administrator position is crucial in helping the equine department achieve their objectives through effective process management and control, client account monitoring and organising workloads. The role demands high levels of accuracy and efficiency in order to play a part in the continued development and growth of the Torch Equine brand. You would be based at Mullacott.
A significant portion of the role will be dedicated to account management and credit control. Although having the ability to build long standing relationships with both existing and new clients through positive experiences, having knowledge of the equine world and Torch Equine Vets is equally important.
Other responsibilities will include administrative support for equine website and newsletters, organising formal meetings and client evenings, dealing with client queries, completing a monthly check of vet bookings on client accounts and management of the Equine Health Plan Scheme.
